The glad post

I love classics. Movies, books, music, shows. There all so... amazing. One of the latest Classic books that I've read recently is 'Pollyanna', or its trade mark, 'The Glad Book.'

The plot is about a little orphan girl who is sent to live with her rich aunt who is... a little bit less than nice to her. Most of her life she has made every difficult life situation with an upbeat and positive attitude. When she moves in she finds that most of the towns people have a disheartening attitude. Pollyanna tries her best to change everyone outlook on life. I of course don't want to say to much but toward the end it is a bit of a shocker.

I picked up the book shown in the picture at a cute vintage thrift store. I was super excited to find it because it was in mint condition and the color and font is super cute.

Eleanor H. Porter is an amazing author. Although there are times when paragraphs were long and drawn out with a lot of details, it is really well written.

Thank you so so much for reading! I realize this is not a great blog, but I want to get better. If you have any tips for me I would appreciate it greatly!
See you soon! <3
